Someone get the guy who runs the CanyonChasers YouTube channel a World's Best Neighbor mug, ASAP.

After receiving a nightly alert from his driveway security camera, one man discovered that a neighborhood kid enjoys riding a bike in his very large driveway.

"...At first I was a bit annoyed, but then I found myself looking forward to the evening alert," the video description reads. "And then inspiration struck, in the form of my wife giving me this great idea."

The couple decided to embrace their kid-friendly driveway and draw a racetrack with sidewalk chalk. Whenever it rained, the man would "build" a new track. And as time went on he started making the driveway race courses more complex and detailed.

"I don't know who's having more fun with this, him or me," the man wrote in the video.

The driveway racetracks got so popular that other people started riding and walking through them. And the family who inspired the raceway even took time to wave at the security camera in thanks.

"What transpired has turned into the best part of an otherwise dreary pandemic summer," the man wrote in the video caption. You love to see it.
