Jim Halpert invited Roy to the Stanley Cup final to savagely troll Pam

Lord beer us ALL strength.

Game 7 of the Stanley Cup final is upon us and for the first year ever there might be more drama off the ice than on it thanks to the cast of *checks notes* off-air NBC comedy The Office.

Ever since stars John Krasinski and Jenna Fischer learned their favorite hockey teams — the Boston Bruins and the St. Louis Blues — would be battling for the cup there's been trouble in paradise for Jim and Pam. Even Steve Carell picked a side.

The two have been firing shots at one another on social media for weeks, but Krasinski just pulled off the most savage troll yet by inviting David Denman, who played Pam Beesley's lackluster ex-fiancé, ROY, to accompany him to Game 7.

Krasinski made the big reveal in a video he posted to Twitter on Wednesday night. From the stands, decked out in Bruins gear, he appeared to call for a truce with Fisher. He apologized for all the ugliness and said he wished she could be in the seat next to him. That's when a man walked into the aisle, sat down in the aforementioned seat, and handed Krasinski a beer. *gasp*

"This is Jenna by the way," Krasinski said to Denman before ending the video. Denman, still clearly pissed about being dumped by Fisher (even if it was only on-screen) said, "Oh...hey," gave a small eye roll, and sipped his tea beer.

Boy did we miss seeing this smug Halpert grin after a good prank.

Krasinski's move was extra cruel because as fans of The Office will recall, in Season 2, episode 7 of the show when the employees were discussing the worst first dates they'd ever been on, Pam shared that hers was a minor league hockey game.

"He brought his brother, and when I went to the bathroom, the game ended and they forgot about me," she admitted. Jim asked when the bad date occurred and Pam said, "Umm... it was not that long ago," which is when Kelly realized that Pam's then fiancé Roy was the one who forgot her at the game. Ouch.

Without missing a beat, Fisher took the video like a champ and jumped into character, tweeting "Ha. Ha. Ha. Well played. Just be careful he doesn't leave you at the game."

Lord beer'd us all strength during the hockey game, and the St. Louis Blues ended up winning the Stanley Hudson trophy.

An elated Fischer celebrated her team's win by decorating a cake and dancing to their victory song, Laura Branigan's "Gloria."

Krasinski was a graceful loser and took the time to congratulate everyone in St. Louis.

Final score? Krasinski won the prank war. Fischer won the cup.

UPDATE: June 13, 2019, 8:32 a.m. EDT Updated to include Jenna Fischer's celebratory Instagram post.
